OZONONE EX

Appearance : White to light yellowish powder

Performance/Purpose
OZONONE EX is a non-staining antioxidant that provides ozone resistance and protection against heat and oxidation degradation for rubber products that are sensitive to contamination caused by antioxidants. It exhibits sufficient effectiveness on its own, but when used in conjunction with SUNTIGHT products, it further enhances weather resistance and ozone resistance.

OZONONE EX-3

Performance/Purpose
OZONONE EX-3 is a non-staining antioxidant similar to OZONONE EX, but with the added benefit of excellent flex-crack resistance, making it suitable for applications such as bicycle tires. When used in conjunction with SUNTIGHT products, it further enhances ozone resistance.

OZONONE EX-SK

Appearance : White powder
Ash : 0.3% max.
Heating loss : 0.5% max.
Performance/Purpose
OZONONE EX-SK is a low-staining antioxidant that exhibits excellent ozone resistance and flex-crack resistance for CR (chloroprene rubber). It has the additional advantage of not requiring the use of rubber wax, eliminating concerns about undesirable appearance due to wax bloom or loss of adhesion.
