Performance/Purpose

NONFLEX RD is effective not only against regular oxidation degradation but also as a polymer-type antioxidant with low volatility. This makes it particularly suitable for products that require high heat resistance, and it finds wide application in various industries. It has minimal impact on organic peroxide crosslinking compared to other antioxidants. Additionally, it exhibits strong vulcanization-promoting effects for CR (chloroprene rubber).

Performance/Purpose

NONFLEX QS, similar to NONFLEX RD, is effective against regular oxidation prevention, and as a polymer-type antioxidant, it has low blooming and volatility. It not only provides excellent heat resistance but also functions as a flex-crack inhibitor. It has minimal impact on organic peroxide crosslinking compared to other antioxidants. Additionally, it exhibits vulcanization-promoting effects for CR (chloroprene rubber). Compared to RD, it has better dispersibility, and despite being an amine-based compound, it exhibits low contamination.

Performance/Purpose

NONFLEX OD-3 provides heat resistance and flex-crack resistance, demonstrating particularly excellent effects, especially for CR (chloroprene rubber). It does not bloom and exhibits very minimal migration. Moreover, it has excellent dispersibility in rubber and has almost no impact on vulcanization.

Performance/Purpose

NONFLEX DCD provides effective protection against heat and oxidation degradation, particularly enhancing heat resistance for acrylic rubber. Despite being an amine-based compound, it exhibits low contamination, making it widely used as a versatile heat-resistant antioxidant. It also demonstrates excellent heat resistance against peroxide crosslinking.

Performance/Purpose

NONFLEX LAS-P is an antioxidant that provides effective protection against heat and oxidation degradation as well as flex-crack resistance. Particularly for natural rubber and CR (chloroprene rubber), it exhibits equivalent or even better results compared to commonly used antioxidants, requiring only about half the usual dosage. It has minimal impact on vulcanization and exhibits low migration contamination, making it an amine-based antioxidant with minimal adverse effects.

Performance/Purpose

STEARER LAS is an antioxidant with high heat resistance and long-lasting effectiveness. It is effective in preventing heat degradation in all mineral oil-based lubricants, including engine oil and gear oil. Additionally, it provides effective protection against heat degradation in lubricating oils and greases. As a liquid amine-based antioxidant, it is also useful as a scorch retardant for polyols and polyurethanes.

Performance/Purpose

NONFLEX RP-S is an antioxidant that demonstrates effective protection against heat and oxidation degradation. It has minimal impact on peroxide crosslinking, making it suitable for acrylic rubber and EPDM, where further improvement in heat resistance can be expected when using peroxide crosslinking. Despite being an amine-based compound, it exhibits low contamination, making it an antioxidant with minimal adverse effects.
