Appearance : Light yellow flakes
Melting point : 100 – 120℃
Ash : 0.1% max.
Heating loss : 0.2% max.
Performance/Purpose
SUNTIGHT SW provides excellent lubricity to the compounded rubber, imparting a superior slip effect. It blooms on the rubber surface, reducing frictional resistance against metal surfaces.

Performance/Purpose
SUNTIGHT BW, when used in combination with regular rubber waxes, helps to suppress wax blooming and improve the appearance. It provides excellent ozone resistance to the compounded rubber without compromising its appearance. It is a non-slipping rubber wax that maintains ozone resistance over an extended period without reducing the coefficient of friction.
