Performance/Purpose
NONFLEX H is an antioxidant that demonstrates effectiveness in preventing heat and oxidation degradation, flex-crack resistance, and ozone resistance. However, it exhibits high blooming, so the usage should be limited, typically around 0.3 parts per hundred rubber (PHR).

NONFLEX F

Performance/Purpose
NONFLEX F is an effective antioxidant that provides protection against heat and oxidation degradation. It also serves as a copper corrosion preventive agent. Despite being an amine-based compound, it exhibits low contamination.

Performance/Purpose
NONFLEX BA is particularly excellent in flex-crack resistance and provides preventive effects against heat and oxidation degradation. It has extremely low blooming, allowing for high dosage without concerns of excessive surface residue. While it may have some coloring properties, it exhibits minimal migration, making it suitable for products that require resistance to contact staining. It is effective for polar polymers such as CR (chloroprene rubber) and NBR (nitrile rubber).

Performance/Purpose
NONFLEX AW exhibits a wide range of performance capabilities, including ozone resistance, heat and oxidation degradation prevention, and excellent flex-crack resistance when used in combination with OZONONE 3C, 6C, and SUNTIGHT products. It is less prone to blooming, but it has strong coloring properties and migration. It is also effective as an antioxidant for feed, oil, and resin applications.
